KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the People Operations (HR) team of 4 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Strategy: Development of our People Strategy in consultation with key business stakeholders; execute with the People Operations (HR) team
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with people related company policies (aka HR policies) and industry regulations
- Budget: Oversee and manage the People Operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- People Operating System: Maintain and evolve the fundamental operating system that supports Electrum’s purpose and drives the company’s mission forward. This includes:
- Management and coordination of people related processes such as payroll, leave, recruitment, performance and remuneration
- Maintaining people related policies
- Maintaining people related knowledge pieces such as wiki pages that describe our best practices
- Managing all people related metrics and information such as headcount and reporting to the management team
- Acting as a point of contact for Employee relations
