YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree; graduate degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, client-facing role
- Proven track record partnering with leadership teams or senior management
- Ability to effectively navigate and thrive in ambiguous situations
- Sound HR knowledge and skills and proven ability to apply them in diverse situations
- Demonstrated sense of urgency and responsiveness to emerging HR issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- Keen interest in understanding broader business issues and applying insights to HR initiatives
- Excellent analytical skills
- Previous work experience with a biological company or similar industry (bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Partner with functional heads/leaders to align HR practices with strategic business initiatives and organizational goals, such as: strategic workforce planning, performance management, compensation cycle etc.
- Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team, shaping the vision and strategy to meet the organization’s future needs
- Work collaboratively with the HR Directors to support programs and practices that allow the company to attract “top talent” in a cost effective and timely manner
- Support change management initiatives and acting as a change agent to drive business results, including process improvement, organizational design, and realignment
- Address day to day employee/manager relations and performance management
- Coach managers to improve employee performance
- Provide guidance and support in administering human resources policies and procedures to ensure that employees receive fair and respectful treatment
- Handle complex staffing duties, such as managing understaffing, resolving disputes, terminating employees, and overseeing disciplinary procedures
- Advising managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment and recommending needed changes
