Description:
As an HR Business Partner, you will own ensuring the HR strategy is aligned with the business strategy for your internal clients. This role will involve diving deep into the business and partnering with managers to achieve their business objectives using your specialization on all things people. This role will collaborate across all levels of leadership to help shape and influence business strategy as it applies to human capital. As a key internal partner to multiple teams/business units, you will think strategically while effectively leading change and driving results. Key deliverables will include leading smart organizational design, change management and building a culture of change agents.

Responsibilities:
- The HR Business Partner will understand the company’s vision, mission, and strategy; understand business unit objectives and sets/accomplishes individual performance goals accordingly
- Build strong relationships with your business teams and be a trusted advisor for managers/leaders
- Counsel with managers to identify and implement actions that improve or maintain a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and integrity and provide a great employee experience
- Identify gaps and opportunities and partner with your leadership team to develop human resources strategies that support the unit’s business needs. Work with business leaders on strategic and tactical workforce capital issues to evolve the business
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational design, analysis, and implementation
- Promote and enable organizational effectiveness through coaching for continuous improvement; day to day guidance on performance management processes; goal setting and alignment.
