Description:
OVERVIEW:
Hubbell Realty Company (HRC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our associate benefit program and provide strategic HR partnership across our business units. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping the HR and benefit strategies, supporting leadership in making informed business decisions, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role combines HR expertise with business acumen to support the success and well-being of our associates.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in Business Partnering and Benefits; compensation experience is a plus.
- HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, benefits regulations, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality.
