Description:

Job Summary

This position is the first point of contact for managers and employees to provide counsel, coaching and support on HR fundamentals and employee related questions. This role has strong contact with local, regional, and global leaders. English proficient is mandatory.

  • Provide high level coaching, guidance and support to leaders and team members, focusing on self-service and empowering people managers
  • Promptly provide response regarding change management
  • Provides full range of strategic HR services for client group(s), with overall responsibility for developing, directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment
  • Facilitates line management’s ability to lead change processes
  • Establish HR as a visible and high value business partner with local management and all other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure legal mandatory requirements for people related aspects (legal quotas, local associations, governmental audits, and other local requirements)
  • Effectively manage union relationships through discussion, consultation and negotiation
