Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Be the Go-To Person: Provide HR guidance on all HR lifecycle activities from policies to performance, supporting both employees and managers.
- Payroll Processing: Take charge of accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Recruit Top Talent: Lead the recruitment process—conduct interviews, assess candidates, and help ensure we bring in the best talent.
- Manage the Numbers: Handle HR data management, including employee records, payroll data, and HR metrics. Your attention to detail will be key.
- Drive Performance: Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
- Engage & Develop: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help deliver training programmes that enhance skills across the company.
- Benefits Management: Manage the benefits portal, liaise with benefits providers, and communicate benefits effectively across the organisation.
- Ensure Compliance: Keep our HR and payroll policies up-to-date and compliant with the latest labour laws.
