JOB DESCRIPTION
The HR Business Partner provides support to our Leaders, primarily based in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Working in partnership with leaders, global HR teams and Centers of Excellence, the HRBP ensures alignment of the business and HR strategies with a focus on talent acquisition, change management, rewards, performance management, workforce planning and day-to-day support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have a university degree or an equivalent education complemented by some years of HR generalist
- Minimum 2+ years of related human resources experience, ideally in a global manufacturing/engineering organization
- You are a dynamic hands-on team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with initiative and a strong work ethic
- Collaborative, flexible and adaptable
- Comfortable working across multiple Business Units, setting expectations and managing competing priorities
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- Analytical skills with an attention for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills along with strong written, presentation and communication ability
- Has a passion for innovation and maintains knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
- As we function in an international environment it is essential that you are fluent in English, French and/or German.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
- Build strong working relationships with leader(s) and ensure right people decisions are made on a consistent basis
- Support talent management and development through the organization, at all levels,
- Act as a liaison between the business and Centers of Excellence within HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs, i.e. Recruitment, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Change Management
- Manage conflict and employee relations issues effectively and communicate as required in a timely manner
- Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and contribute to functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Act as a change agent for organization transformation, offering guidance, recommendations and support with execution
