Description:
Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Lake Jackson, Texas
Salary: $90,000 - $145,000 plus additional bonus
Schedule: 9/80’s or 5/8’s
HR BUSINESS PARTNER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree* in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law or Business-related discipline
- 3+ years of progressive experience in human resources required; prior experience in an HRBP role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA/ADEA, AAP/EEO).
- Technical abilities and experience with HRIS, ATS and other HR systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and effectively communicate with employees at all levels. Must have strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Occasional travel is required, up to 10%
- The ability and willingness to relocate within Olin to other locations in the future is strongly preferred
