This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: RingCentral is looking for a driven Human Resources Business Partner based in our UK office. This is a critical role on our EMEA HR team to support our leaders and employees across the region driving HR programs and initiatives.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Partner with assigned client groups and COE colleagues to develop and drive comprehensive talent processes and programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend process efficiency.
  • Bring critical thinking to help leaders with the development of their management capability, employee development, rewards and retention ultimately resulting in higher level of manager and employee engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to help inform and influence decisions. Be curious and ask why in service of developing the best possible product for our leaders and employees.
  • Demonstrate and engage partnership across the HR function, your assigned client group and other support functions to deliver the best possible outcomes that build values for our business, customers and employees.
  • Provide consultation to managers on performance management process.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and manage investigations as required.
  • Provide and advise employees and managers with information about HR policies, procedures, and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or other related field.
  • Typically 5-7+ years of Human Resources BP or Organizational Development experience.
  • Experience working in large global multinational corporations.
  • Experience in crafting organizational design and interpersonal development interventions.
  • Prior success influencing and inspiring change plans with leaders.
  • Shown success in tying people-based solutions in service of business strategy and crafting value through people that impacts results for the business.
  • Knowledge of employment law in the UK.
  • Fluent in German and/or French is desired.
  • Global HR experience is a must as this role will support multiple countries across EMEA including UK, Ireland, Israel, and Australia.
