Description:
We are in search of a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is rooted in the industry of Human Resources. The selected candidate will be expected to provide strategic and operational HR support to specific business units, acting as a trusted advisor and assisting in the execution of HR initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Senior HR Business Partners in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with business goals. • Participate in or lead HR projects as assigned, ensuring the alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. • Provide HR support during organizational changes, including restructures and cultural shifts, assisting in managing change initiatives. • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues and partner with the Employee Relations team in providing guidance and support in line with company policies and legal requirements. • Work in tandem with the Talent Acquisition team to identify talent needs and support recruitment efforts for assigned business units. • Partner with the Compensation team on compensation analyses and projects for the assigned business units. • Utilize HRIS systems for maintaining accurate records and processing applications. • Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for administrative tasks and communication. • Deliver strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills in addressing employee relations matters. • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
