Would you like to drive and shape our strategic people agenda for one of Arla Foods key markets?
We are looking for a talented HRBP who proactively will drive the people agenda, enabling short and long term business success at our Settle Creamery and National Distribution Centre in Leeds. Additionally the individual will drive a strategic project to increase the capabilities of people managers across the UK Production sites.
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL THE ROLE LOOK LIKE?
- Business partner to the Settle Creamery and Leeds NDC with full ownership for the annual people calendar of activities.
- Drives a key project to enable our people leaders in the ER toolkit across the UK Production sites.
- Identifies overall people and organisational needs within the area of responsibility; implements solutions in line with overall direction
- Proactively identifies key areas of change within areas of responsibility, designing and driving projects to have real impact
- Contribute towards developing and execute the HR strategy and HRBP best practice.
- Drive strategic HR and business projects within a function
- Make timely decision and professionally manage implementation and transformation expertise to meet business change efforts.
- Coach leaders and on HR issues linked to the business and HR strategies. Support Managers in identifying talents/potentials for the future.
- Act as a sounding board and provide feedback to line managers on leadership behaviours based on our leadership.
- Lead and develop leaders to create an organization with a performance culture via Arla’s people processes
- Effectively builds trust with leadership and establishes an open and honest relationship.
- Works effectively within the matrix and functions as single point of contact to the remaining of the HR organisation
- A custodian of the Arla leadership behaviours and principles, and acting as a role model
- Reporting into the HR Director – Supply Chain UK
