The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, driving key HR initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. This role will partner closely with leadership to deliver solutions that align with organizational objectives, while managing essential HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and systems management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role with strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passionate about creating a positive employee experience, from recruitment through to employee development and retention.
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills. Comfortable with being on camera during internal and external meetings.
  • Proven ability to manage time and workload from a remote/home based office.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department leaders to provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for assigned roles.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, such as goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations, to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Provide coaching and support to employees and managers on career development, talent mobility, and performance feedback.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs that enhance employee growth, retention, and overall engagement.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems, ensuring the accurate and timely updating of employee records.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead the execution and continuous refinement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and provide support across a range of HR initiatives as needed.
