Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a trusted advisor for the designated business groups across all aspects of HR including employee relations, recruitment and staffing, compensation, talent review, organization design, resource planning, learning and career development globally. The Business Partner reports to the HR Director and is responsible for delivering and supporting the talent management related strategies in the organization across all geographies. The partner leads the change management projects and manages the HR related internal and external communication. Hybrid role based in the UK, occasional travel to local offices and potentially abroad for learning opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
- Builds a strong business relationship with the internal clients (Managers)
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks and support the growth of the business.
- Continuous effort in talent acquisition to support development of high performing teams
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and introduces positive changes in the talent management areas.
- Leads the succession planning and development plan activities for top talent
- Works with a continuous improvement mindset in areas of organizational structure and design.
- Engage in Employee Relations to advise/guide leaders on difficult/complex matters (harassment, fraud, discrimination, termination etc.)
- Comply with necessary legislative practices.
- Adhere to policy and procedure documentation controls.
