- Understand the context, issues and challenges of your partners within Via’s organization;
- Strategically support the culture change and evolution of the sector;
- Develop and orchestrate the implementation of human resources solutions to resolve problems;
- Support managers in labor relations issues, establish positive relations with union players;
- Interact with managers and positively influence them in their business decisions at various levels such as: employee engagement and experience, etc.;
- Deploy all activities of the human resources cycle in the business area, such as workforce planning, performance and compensation management, employee relations, talent and leadership development, and change management;
- Monitor the organizational climate in order to propose innovative solutions to enhance the level of engagement in the work environment;
- Coach managers in their interaction with employees to foster a healthy work environment;
- Collaborate with human resources centers of expertise to implement the team’s strategic priorities
