In Australia we own and manage the Sunrise Dam Gold Mine, and the Tropicana Gold Mine (70% AGA owned 30% Regis Resources). These are two of Western Australia’s premier gold operations, with ongoing investment and exploration taking place across both open pit and underground operations at each site.
We are seeking a highly passionate and driven HR Business Partner to join our team in this site based role on a 4/3 roster. Reporting to the Superintendent: HR Business Partnering, this role will partner with employees and people leaders to align and successfully implement effective people initiatives.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide accurate and timely people management advice and support for people leaders as required to ensure compliance with company, legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Coach and partner with people leaders in performance management, disciplinary procedures, and grievance resolution.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to promote initiatives and outcomes that enhance attraction and retention.
  • Partner with the Site Management Team on delivering key HR initiatives.Support with People and Capability initiatives across the site including diversity, inclusion and Health and Wellbeing
