DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate degree in related field and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role. Recruiting experience is a plus, minimum HR Experience of 3 years. ( Really want someone with HR Knowledge)
- Positive attitude with dealing with applicants, employees, and customers.
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, able to create graphs, spreadsheets and databases using the application’s basic function.
- Self-motivated & positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management.
- Occasional overtime may be required according to business needs.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as database entries, reports, compiling and distributing materials and filing.
- Source resumes and applications for the Assistant Manager.
- Preform basic qualifications checks and applicants that may include phone interviews.
- High attention to detail with data entry of new hires in the HRIS system.
- Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
- Assist training and support for new employees on HR related topics.
- Assist with request from Team member for information.
- Facility onboarding and answer questions for new employees.
- Assist grasping the reasons for employee turnover by utilizing exit interviewing tools and analyzing the data to recommend and implement countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate.
- Other duties and project as assigned.
