DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree in related field and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR role. Recruiting experience is a plus, minimum HR Experience of 3 years. ( Really want someone with HR Knowledge)
  • Positive attitude with dealing with applicants, employees, and customers.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, able to create graphs, spreadsheets and databases using the application’s basic function.
  • Self-motivated & positive attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks with exceptional time management.
  • Occasional overtime may be required according to business needs.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties, such as database entries, reports, compiling and distributing materials and filing.
  • Source resumes and applications for the Assistant Manager.
  • Preform basic qualifications checks and applicants that may include phone interviews.
  • High attention to detail with data entry of new hires in the HRIS system.
  • Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves.
  • Assist training and support for new employees on HR related topics.
  • Assist with request from Team member for information.
  • Facility onboarding and answer questions for new employees.
  • Assist grasping the reasons for employee turnover by utilizing exit interviewing tools and analyzing the data to recommend and implement countermeasures to reduce the turnover rate.
  • Other duties and project as assigned.
