YOUR SKILLS

  • Ability to work confidentially and discretely at all times

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Level 3 CIPD qualification (or beyond) is desirable
  • Experienced in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of HR databases is essential
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite is essential
  • Experience at working within an Architects/professional services environment would be desirable
