Responsibilities:

The HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, supporting our team initiatives, ensuring that our people processes are efficient, effective and aligned with our company values. As the front line for HR queries, you will be the person our people connect to first.

This position is responsible for providing administration and coordination support across core HR functions, including:

  • Recruitment and onboarding administration
  • Delivering first-level HR advice and support to employees and People Leaders
  • Employee engagement
  • General HR administration

You will support the delivery of these key functions while fostering strong relationships with leaders and employees in the business, ensuring a values-driven, customer-focused approach.
Reporting to the Head of People and Performance you will be an integral part of the team, utilising your strong attention to detail, organisational, and reporting skills.
