• Manage full cycle recruitment process to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate and manage employee orientation and onboarding.
• Process all required actions related to the employee life cycle.
• Facilitate and ensure the effective utilization of plans related to P&C programs and services.
• Provide coordinator support to the People Partners on all aspects of P&C.
• Project team member and data expert to implement a fulsome HRIS program.
• Develop and implement corporate wide programs.
• Process all employee changes and run reports as required in an HRIS system.
