Description:

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and will be responsible for managing the reception area. This role will also assist with seasonal onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Keep the HR office open from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
  • Greet customers (employees and applicants) in person, over the phone, and by email. These interactions should be warm and friendly.
  • Soak up new information like a sponge, get up to speed quickly, and retain a working knowledge of basic and routine HR products, policies, procedures, systems, and programs.
  • Become proficient at Paycor-HRIS Software.
    Base Pay:$18-$20/hr depending on experience

    Attendance: Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays on occasion
    Estimated start date: Early October 2024
    Minimum Age: 21
    Typical Shift: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Occasionally some weekend work.
    Environment: This is a mostly indoor position. Must be able to sit and talk for long periods of time along with regular walking, standing and occasionally lift/carry 25lbs.
    Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an intermediate level of proficiency with Outlook, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet software. Should have a minimum of one year customer service experience or equivalent.
    Housing: Limited employee housing is available upon request. Employee housing is “dorm-style” and starts at $450/month. A list of local rental resources is available upon request.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Keep the HR office open from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday (with the exception of a 1-hour lunch break)
  • Manage a variety of daily office duties such as sorting mail & packages, printing employee IDs, assisting employees in Paycor, answering phone calls, etc.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Issue uniforms through the RFID tracking system, organize new hire materials, and manage groups of employees at a time.
  • Copy and file documents in the electronic employment files.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
