Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is a dynamic role that provides cross-departmental support to our Clinical and Administrative teams. Main functions of this position include intake coordination and interface with current and potential clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Platform Profile Set-Up
  • Interface with incoming staff members
  • Assists with recruitment process including but not limited to screening candidates, performing reference checks and onboarding new employees
  • Physical and Digital File Maintenance
  • May assist with scheduling, payroll functions and benefits administration as needed
  • Perform administrative and office support activities for Human Resources Department
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing calls to Human Resources
  • Performs periodic reports and audits
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by Director of Operations

Qualifications & Skills

  • No Experience Necessary
  • Competency in Google G-Suite applications as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work both independently and part of a team
