Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is a dynamic role that provides cross-departmental support to our Clinical and Administrative teams. Main functions of this position include intake coordination and interface with current and potential clients.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Platform Profile Set-Up
- Interface with incoming staff members
- Assists with recruitment process including but not limited to screening candidates, performing reference checks and onboarding new employees
- Physical and Digital File Maintenance
- May assist with scheduling, payroll functions and benefits administration as needed
- Perform administrative and office support activities for Human Resources Department
- Assist with incoming/outgoing calls to Human Resources
- Performs periodic reports and audits
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Director of Operations
Qualifications & Skills
- No Experience Necessary
- Competency in Google G-Suite applications as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
- Ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and part of a team
