BACKGROUND:
Euclid Telehealth is seeking a skilled, dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our human resources initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Human Resources Coordinator position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in various HR software systems carrying out duties in a way that embodies the values of excellence, initiative, and teamwork, while achieving business objectives.

At Euclid Telehealth, we focus on eye disease screening for the leading causes of vision loss and blindness, such as: glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and others. Our mission is to provide ocular health screening to everyone and ultimately eliminate preventable vision loss and blindness through the early detection of eye disease, by providing expert Ophthalmic care in a convenient, modern way.

Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as Human Resources Coordinator will include, inter alia:
Assist all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and ensure end to end completion of the task.
Support the recruitment process including job postings, initial screening, coordinating interviews, following up with hiring managers and keeping track of candidate status.
Be the subject matter expert for the HR system including reporting, dashboard, data management and organization chart.
Provide creative solutions to simplify HR processes focusing on automation if possible.
Work closely with Director of Operations and/or delegate to keep updated job descriptions.
Prepare job offers, coordinate hire dates, onboarding process and orientation schedules and ensure all stakeholders are aware of the new joiner and the equipment needed.
Support termination process by issuing termination letters and working closely with legal team to review and ensure system updates.
Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and provincial laws regarding employment practices.
Manage the HR administrative duties including employee’s letters and verifications.
Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Assist with special projects such as salary benchmarking, policies, and code of conduct.
Support the activities and come up with ideas related to people and culture programs focusing on employee’s engagement and team building initiatives.
Initiate ideas to brand HR within the organization, take the lead on planning and facilitating cultural events.
Support payroll and benefits process.
Participate in weekly Euclid Team Huddle and Medical Review Meetings on a regular basis.
Other duties as assigned.
