GENERAL SUMMARY:

At Chevron Federal Credit Union (CFCU), we understand that our people are the foundation of our success. The Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting people and talent related efforts across the organization. This position will provide a blend of administrative and entry-level support, ensuring smooth operations within the Talent department and greater People teams. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and ready to contribute to the full talent lifecycle.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 2+ years of administrative or human resources experience, with a preference for experience in recruitment support.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Customer service orientation with a positive, engaging personality.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
