    We are looking for a fun, professional to join our Human Resources team on a fixed-term basis, to assist with increased workload as we implement a new CES programme.

Based in our offices in the heart of Rangiora, the key duties of the HR Co-ordinator will include:

  • HR Administration including the preparation of contracts and other HR documentation
  • Ensuring personnel records are accurate and comply with relevant legislation
  • Managing remuneration information through Remwise and SP10 methodology
  • Supporting managers with accessing employee information and updating position descriptions
  • Creating and updating HR templates as required

Our ideal applicant will have:

  • At least 5 years experience in HR Administration
  • A high level of digital literacy, with excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite including MS Teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • A positive and process improvement mindset
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships
