Responsibilities:

We are happy to announce a full-time, hybrid, Human Resources Coordinator position. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by performing administrative support to our FrankAdvice team.

  • Monitors the FrankAdvice email box and phone line and answers/directs the query as appropriate.
  • Handles the background check process to include coordinating client agreements, reviewing and responding to requests, entering or requesting background checks with vendor, conducting employment verifications, sending completed reports, maintaining client master list, and monthly audit of terminated clients.
  • Handles background check billing by receiving invoice from vendor, sorting data, inserting data and amount to be billed into excel worksheet, sending to Accounting for billing and HR for reporting, and following up as needed.
  • Administers drug testing process by providing clients with information for Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) and drug testing services offered, assisting with vendor set up, overseeing random drug testing notifications for clients in random testing program, maintaining a log of testing requests, creating drug test authorization, follow up on pending results, answer client questions and send results if client does not have vendor access, index charges on monthly invoices and submit to Accounting for payment and client billing.
  • Assists with the handbook process by sending intake form, creating 1st draft, following up with clients, coordinating with Account Manager if client would like housed online with MFC, updating the handbook client list on an annual basis. In addition to handbooks, assists with individual policies and procedures when requested.
  • Assists with job descriptions, salary surveys, turnover analysis, and HR audits by pulling information and placing into the appropriate document.
  • Assists with department communications and projects such as E-Books, Infographics, Toolkits, Newsletter when requested.
  • Supports department training, such as HR Basics, by coordinating schedule and attendee sign up, sending Zoom link, and then sending follow up email with attachments after training class.
  • Assists in the EEO-1 Reporting process with tasks such as coordinating clients wanting FrankCrum to assist, running missing data reports, and following up with clients to certify reports.
  • Supports EPLI administration by pulling client info for HRC review, submitting to carrier, and updating EPLI spreadsheet.
  • Handles employment poster queries by sending instructions to clients, pulling postings for top clients, and reaching out to vendor if link not working.
  • Addresses SS mismatch/identity theft issues by communicating with appropriate parties and sending email to contact with instructions.
