Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator/ Generalist to join our team in our Vancouver office.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of HR functions.
- Supporting recruitment including creating, and maintaining job postings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews, interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Supporting our onboarding process.
- Coordinating annual training.
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Other HR tasks and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Eligible to register with CPHR is considered an asset.
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of BC Employment Standards is an asset.
- Ability to travel throughout BC periodically.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $72,000.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position
