Position Summary
Reporting to the HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator at Ice River Sustainable Solutions is tasked with executing a wide range of specialized and technical administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of organizational ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure the efficiency of HR operations. The coordinator will be responsible for critical HR processes such as tracking employee milestones, scheduling training programs, facilitating onboarding, managing uniform procurement, preparing HR documentation, and administering employee recognition programs.
Key Responsibilities
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- A diploma/degree in Human Resources Management
- CHRP Designation is an asset
- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with employee relations, regulatory and policy/procedure compliance
