Job Description:
To provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and the Human Resources Department. To support the Human Resource function by providing a warm greeting and environment for all associates in the Associate Services Center.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm greeting to everyone who visits or contacts the Associate Services Center (Human Resources Office).
  • Provide clerical support to the Human Resources team and other members of hotel leadership as needed.
  • Assist associates with common requests, such as , employment verifications, applying for internal job postings, and signing up for benefits.
  • Assist with processing of all new hire paperwork, ensuring that new hires have a great experience.
  • Maintain an organized office environment, which will allow for successful internal audit completion.
  • Assist with scheduling of interviews and providing candidate updates to hotel leadership.
  • Complete other administrative duties and special projects as assigned by the Director of Associate Services.
  • Learn, have fun, and create a winning culture while learning to be a hospitality HR professional.
  • Prefer knowledge in Ultipro and iCIMS

Qualifications:

  • Relevant hospitality and/or customer service/administrative experience
  • College Degree Preferably in hospitality or human resources management
  • Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • The ability to work in a fast paced high pressure work environment while executing delegated tasks and assignments
  • Highly motivated self-starter focused on quality, organization, guest service and teamwork.
  • Biligual in english and spanish is highly perferred.
