Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Coordinator provides an employee experience that promotes the Health Centre’s purpose and strategic plan. The Human Resources Coordinator is guided by members of the HR team to create a positive workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction, attracts, recognizes and retains talent. The Human Resources Coordinator enhances employee engagement, retention and recognition through leading orientation and onboarding, staff level training and the learning management system.
The Human Resources Coordinator works with key internal stakeholders such as Collaborative Practice, Quality, business units and the HR Division to recognize and retain staff, identify areas for improvement and facilitate data-driven strategies that align with the strategic and operational plans and helps to guide the Health Centre’s positive workplace culture.
The Human Resources Coordinator is a part of the HR team within the Human Resources Division to ensure the team’s work plan and the organization’s vision, mission, values and strategic directions are implemented. The Human Resources Coordinator is guided by the Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development teams and HR Manager as appropriate on escalated and/or complex matters with the potential for broad, organization-wide impact as well as the implementation of programs and policies.
