Description:

Title: HR Coordinator
Program: HR Department
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
Location: Varick Street Office, Manhattan, NY
The HR Coordinator supports the HR Generalist in efficiently completing Human Resources tasks. This role encompasses all aspects of Human Resources, including onboarding, benefit administration, training and development, and policy interpretation. Working under the direction of the Director of People Operations, this cross-functional position ensures the smooth execution of HR functions to support the organization’s staffing needs and operational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
