Description:
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our firm. In this role, you will report to the HR Director and will play a vital part supporting and implementing various HR functions with a primary focus on learning and growth initiatives, including managing and enhancing our learning curriculum to enrich our team members skills, performance, and productivity. You will also be responsible to lead and facilitate onboarding for new hires, lead campus recruitment efforts, oversee and update the HR management systems and HR administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organization and project management skills with a solid understanding of learning and human resources processes to help foster a positive workplace culture.
EXPERIENCE
- Must be proficient in planning, organizing, and monitoring various projects.
- Strong analytical mindset is necessary to assess training effectiveness and determine data-driven decisions.
- Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the workforce and stay updated on the latest training trends and technologies is essential for this role.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and other e-learning tools is crucial.
- Familiarity with talent acquisition processes, including interviewing techniques and candidate sourcing methods.
- Strong presentation, communication skills both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Ability to identify developmental needs of employees and provide coaching, mentoring and other assistance to team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver tight deadlines.
- Proficient Microsoft office skills, word, powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams etc.
- Proficient in using various HR software platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws is an advantage.
- Proven experience in learning and/or human resources coordination or a related field is required.
- Experience in a professional services firm is preferred.
- Health and Safety experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, training, HR or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Experience managing, designing, and implementing training programs, tracking and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Identify the specific training needs at various levels of the firm and develop a curriculum to meet the required learning needs.
- Organize and schedule educational activities and events.
- Coach, mentor and support career development for team members.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, assist in various recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Support and lead onboarding and offboarding responsibilities, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Participate in the development of HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
