WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

The Human Resources Coordinator has a key role in our global organization supporting both our Vancouver and Global HR Team in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Engagement & Development, and Talent Operations. This role offers a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support, front line HR operations to various HR projects. This role is hybrid (3 days in office and 2 days remote) based in our Downtown Vancouver Office. The HR Coordinator will come with great people, organizational, and problem-solving skills along with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

TALENT ACQUISITION

  • Support and implement regional candidate sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy of job descriptions, provide salary recommendations, and ensure these are aligned with corporate standards.
  • Post jobs, screen resumes, administer Predictive Index surveys, conduct interviews, complete pre-employment checks, prepare and present offers to successful candidates.

TALENT ENGAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT

  • Advise managers on onboarding practices for new hires and coordinate probationary reviews.
  • Support updating of all job descriptions and maintain our job description catalogue as part of our Talent Development programs.
  • Support with the administration of Total Rewards, including the annual short term incentive program and merit review process in addition to Total Rewards related communications including salary adjustments, bonus payments, promotional decisions, and benefit changes.
  • Support employee offboarding including advising managers on offboarding practices, conducting exit interviews and related employee questions.
  • Champion the performance development program by coaching employees and managers through performance discussions and delivering training sessions.
  • Foster employee engagement through participation in the wellness committee and social committee initiatives.
