Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Director for our client, a leading medical device manufacturer. The incumbent must be a changemaker with a proven leadership & stakeholder management track record in the medical industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of regional HR experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in the medical field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, dynamic situations.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.
