The HR Director will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The HR Director will have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of key human resource strategies and policies for Mercy University Hospital, including Manpower Planning, Resourcing and Recruitment, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership, Industrial and Employee Relations, Medical Manpower, Employee Wellbeing, Performance Management, HR Administration, Governance & Compliance, and Pensions.
