Responsibilities:
The Compliance Analyst ensures the company’s policies align with country-specific labor laws by assessing practices, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions. They conduct ongoing research on regulatory changes and collaborate with the Employee Relations team through communication and training. The role coordinates compliance activities across JET and focuses on UK and Canada employment standards, with additional countries.
