We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Human Resources Executive with at least 1 year of experience in a related field. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work environment. REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide support to managers in evaluating employee performance.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details.
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Payroll Support:
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
