REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal systems and provide support to managers in evaluating employee performance.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal details.
- Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and company policies.
