Job Description:
The HR Manager will be critical in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with our business objectives. This individual will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management within the real estate or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment of all staff.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and feedback, and support career development initiatives.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labour laws and industry regulations.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, and benefits programs, and ensure competitive and fair remuneration for all employees.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR management role, preferably in the real estate or related
  • industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions and handle complex employee issues.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
