Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in HR Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiar with Prosoft is an advantage
  • Good written and oral communication skills are essential
  • Ability to work independently and a proactive attitude towards learning and improvement.
  • Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

You will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding, work pass administration and payroll administration. Organize staff recreation activities.
You are also expected to safeguard and maintain confidential employee information and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
