Description:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in India/ China / Korea will be an advantage
- People-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is able to work independentl
Responsibilities:
- Provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects
- Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities
- Maintain and update employee records on a timely basis
- Handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned
- Handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
- Liaise with overseas payroll agents for all HR related functions for the Company’s overseas offices
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook
- Assist in preparing annual HR budget
- Maintain staff benefits utilisation records and training records
- Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents
Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
