Description:

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum 3 years of relevant HR operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act; familiarity with labour laws and practices in India/ China / Korea will be an advantage
  • People-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player who is able to work independentl

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all facets of HR functions including recruitment and selection, on-boarding and off-boarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, staff insurance, employee relations, and HR related projects
  • Plan and coordinate staff welfare activities
  • Maintain and update employee records on a timely basis
  • Handle all work pass related transactions, and filing of tax clearance for foreign employees who have resigned
  • Handle the administration of the recruitment process, including drafting and updating of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, screening and filtering of candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Liaise with overseas payroll agents for all HR related functions for the Company’s overseas offices
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures and the SIAC Employee Handbook
  • Assist in preparing annual HR budget
  • Maintain staff benefits utilisation records and training records
  • Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents
  • Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
