  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding for new staff.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining an open-door policy for staff members.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that all HR policies, procedures, and practices comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including labor laws and healthcare standards.
  • Training and Development: Oversee employee training programs, including certifications, continuing education, and professional growth opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and assist in setting goals for professional development.
  • Workplace Safety: Coordinate health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety standards, while promoting a safe work environment.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost staff morale, encourage teamwork, and improve employee retention.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
