HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (F/M/D)

Employment: Part-time/Full-time (30-40h)
Start of Employment: November/December 2024

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years successful experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree/Qualification in HR or relevant field
  • Knowledge of Austrian labour and social security law
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Good IT skills, curious about AI and happy to work with data
  • Passionate people person, team-oriented, friendly and positive personality
  • Very well organized, solution-oriented, structured with attention to detail
  • Commitment, flexibility and hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment
  • Well-presented and a good sense of humour
  • Valid working permit / permission to work in Austria

Responsibilities:

  • Execution of recruiting activities and administrate a professional on- and off-boarding

programme including induction and orientation

  • Responsible for the Immigration process (residence/work permits)
  • Support and develop actively the implementation of our new HR software Coredat
  • Administration and creation of documents such as employment contracts, agreements, job

descriptions, references, etc.

  • Design and further development HR processes and workflows
  • Contact person for our employees
  • Document management and maintenance of personnel files
  • Support the Head of HR (providing reports, day-to-day tasks)
