HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST (F/M/D)
Employment: Part-time/Full-time (30-40h)
Start of Employment: November/December 2024

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years successful experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree/Qualification in HR or relevant field
- Knowledge of Austrian labour and social security law
- Excellent German and English skills
- Good IT skills, curious about AI and happy to work with data
- Passionate people person, team-oriented, friendly and positive personality
- Very well organized, solution-oriented, structured with attention to detail
- Commitment, flexibility and hands-on mentality in a dynamic environment
- Well-presented and a good sense of humour
- Valid working permit / permission to work in Austria

Responsibilities:
- Execution of recruiting activities and administrate a professional on- and off-boarding
programme including induction and orientation
- Responsible for the Immigration process (residence/work permits)
- Support and develop actively the implementation of our new HR software Coredat
- Administration and creation of documents such as employment contracts, agreements, job
descriptions, references, etc.
- Design and further development HR processes and workflows
- Contact person for our employees
- Document management and maintenance of personnel files
- Support the Head of HR (providing reports, day-to-day tasks)
