EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 4-6 years of varied HR experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Must be familiar with various HRIS systems and be able to learn new systems quickly.

PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Generalist is a key member of the HR team and is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise to both employees and leaders at the direction of the Human Resources Manager. The role involves handling various HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs
