Capacity is a 3PL, that povides e-commerce fulfillment services to high end beauty and skincare companies, working closely with C-level executives and entrepreneurs.
We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You’ll directly work with Human Resources Managers and support all areas of HR, including benefits administration, recruitment, attendance management, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding and employee exit process
  • Ensure new hire and exit checklist completion
  • Maintain company organizational charts
  • Perform basic benefits administration tasks such as communicating benefits information to employees, enrollment of newly eligible employees, and termination of benefits for exiting employees
  • Maintain compliance with employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Maintain personnel files and HR-related documents in a high-quality confidential manner
  • Assist with payroll administration such as PTO management, hourly timecards, expense reimbursements, and annual audits
  • Coordinate employee training
  • Run HRIS system reports and maintain HR dashboard and metrics

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on internal customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload
  • Maintains integrity and confidentiality in all employee-related aspects
  • College degree or related experience (3 years minimum)
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
