JOB OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Generalist is responsible for providing Human Resources services in a variety of functional areas with majority emphasis on recruitment and selection. This position will also contribute to the areas of orientation and professional development. The Human Resources Generalist may advise supervisors on interpretation and administration of the collective bargaining agreement.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • The minimum educational qualification for this position is a degree in Business or Commerce, with a major in Human Resource Management.
  • The minimum amount of practical related experience required to perform the duties of this position is two years’ experience in a similar Human Resource related position.
