Chart Industries is seeking an HR Generalist at our Beasley, TX office.
The HR Generalist will serve as a business partner, providing professional support in the following areas: employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and career development, payroll, and other human resources initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about putting our people first, active follow through and talent engagement. A successful HR Generalist will be a nimble learner with the ability to apply strong problem-solving and sound judgement skills.
YOUR EDUCATION SHOULD BE…
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience
- 3 - 5 years of progressive human resources or recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing organization.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE…
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate and build strong, trusting relationships across the organization and divisions.
- Ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
- Ability to make unbiased, objective decisions based on investigatory facts.
- Experience in proactive, cold calling, networking, and passive recruiting calls.
- Ability to interview candidates and assess their capabilities of fitting in with the organization and position.
- Embody a combination of “detective” skills, enabling them to find prospects and candidates, as well as sales skills, enabling them to influence and close candidate hires.
Desired, but not required:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
