Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

As a Human Resources Generalist on our HRBP team primarily supporting our US-based population, you will play a critical and highly visible role to our employees as the company grows and evolves. You aspire to provide the highest level of customer service to Enfusion employees, and your colleagues and will rely on your exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment. You fully utilize your attention to detail in planning and coordinating high-touch people services. You excel at managing and reporting out on your priorities, activities, and proactively soliciting input when needed. You are an adept learner in adopting Enfusion’s processes, tools and technology while contributing to improving workflows and resolving issues whenever possible.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As an HR Generalist on the HRBP team you will be required to demonstrate a high level of performance in the following:

  • Work with HRBP and business groups to assess, create, and implement innovative solutions for a variety of culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage key HR initiatives for all US lines of business: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Performance Management, Immigration, Compliance, Culture, and Engagement
  • Work with US managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and written warnings
  • Liaise with the HR Operations team on system updates and changes, internal transfers, employee inquiries, and reporting needs for the HRBP team and for managers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all H-1B, Green Card, Curriculum Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT) cases for employees
  • Ensure all immigration records are maintained to full compliance, including maintaining and reviewing visa trackers to ensure extensions are timely initiated and filed
  • Assist with the drafting and completion of visa/travel letters when necessary
  • Partner with global HR colleagues across all levels to drive efficiencies and leverage best practices
  • Demonstrate employee advocacy and develop a reputation as a neutral and approachable HR professional
  • Exercise judgment and independently resolve day-to-day HR issues
  • Lead special projects and develop HR policies in partnership with COEs, Legal, and firm leadership
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for solutions to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience
