OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years in Human Resources.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • SHRM certification preferred.
  • Proficient in HR basics – (i.e., benefits, workers comp, leaves of absence).
  • Comfortable working with a variety of software systems such as Microsoft Office, assorted HR software applications, help desk tracking, vendor applications)

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as first line HR resource with the ability to respond and resolve a variety of Level 1 HR i inquiries including but not limited to: employee relations, benefits, unemployment, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, pay, data changes, and HR policy and
  • Appropriately route level 2 and 3 calls that come into HR Help Line or central email from employees and
  • Works to facilitate resolution to employee issues as quickly as possible using excellent customer service
  • When applicable, troubleshoot general employee issues using critical analysis and problem solving to resolve the issue before escalating or routing to another department.
  • Provide high level customer service by ensuring employee questions are fully addressed and as needed, ensure proper follow up is given to ensure complete resolution.
  • Use judgement to escalate HR inquiries to People Operations Manager or Directors when needed.
  • Work on various HR projects as needed.
  • Manage and executive level 1 processes such as Tuition Reimbursement, Vacation Donation
  • Stay apprised of any changes to federal, state, and/or local labor laws.
  • Works with other HR members, management or outside vendors as
  • Work with People Operations team to identify trends and recommend solutions on HR strategies.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or required.
