IronMountain Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized full-time Mid-Level Human Resource Generalist to join our corporate office in Huntsville, AL. This is an on-site position, and the ideal candidate must enjoy working in a team environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to work with a team and grow your career to a new level.
EDUCATION AND GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years of human resource experience.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written and interpersonal skills.
- Government contractor HR experience, preferred.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification, desired.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Perform Onboarding and Offboarding activities.
- Assist employee with their questions and/or concerns.
- Assist with employee meetings such as training, disciplinary, terminations, and investigations.
- Assist with coordinating professional development and tuition reimbursement.
- Assist with benefit administration, i-9, E-Verify, employee files, and timekeeping training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.
