The Human Resources Generalist will be accountable for managing all aspects of the employee experience, and will also be accountable for leading the development, rollout, and continuous improvement of various HR programs and projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Consultation: Main contact for colleagues, advising on employment issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Colleague Lifecycle: Support the entire colleague lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding.
  • Recruitment: Support the full cycle recruitment process, while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Total Rewards: Execute the annual salary and bonus program, and maintain the total rewards program and collateral, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Performance Management: Develop and maintain performance assessment tools, and provide support with performance management issues.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate and/or deliver programs to support colleague growth and development.
  • Policy Development & Maintenance: Update HR/corporate policies, and oversee annual reviews.
  • Compliance: Maintain awareness of global employment/immigration law developments and execute follow-up actions.
  • Colleague Engagement & Culture: Conduct regular focus groups and retention interviews to enhance colleague engagement.
  • HRIS & Reporting: Continuous improvement of HR systems, and maintenance of HR dashboards/reports.
