Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our elite team, you’ll delve into a myriad of stimulating HR projects, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and restructuring. Working with an experienced Sr. HR Director, you’ll be the strategic partner our clients rely on for compliance, risk management, and performance enhancement. Your days will be filled with variety, challenge, and the opportunity to showcase your creative problem-solving skills. We have developed many generalist and entry level Managers into HR Directors within 3 to 4 years.
